What a fun spot you got going there! Great age and such good potential. The blue bottle looks like some sort of cobalt apothecary / medicine bottle with that round embossing design on it. may have had embossing in the middle of it or it was a place for a label.

Citrate is a most likely, with a slug plate identifying the (local?) pharmacy. Usually a rare and good $ find. I sold a western one recently on the bay for $1500. The base marking is for William McCulley of Pittsburgh, a glass house, circa 1841-1909. The web page for base marks on bottles is a valued resource, check it out. Hope this helps. Jack
