Hi all,
I just wanted to share what I found today. Early this morning I went to a friend's funeral, and on the way home, we stopped by some antique shops and junk stores. Well, I found one of those ugly, amber 6" figural ham bottles. It was priced at $1 and I couldn't pass it up. They honestly had no idea what it was. The owners said "That's a neat and unusual bottle." I replied with "Do you know what it is? It's a ham." That's when they said......"Oh!"
I can post a picture for those who haven't seen this bottle, in the future. It is an older screw top w/ a ground lip, full of bubbles and kinda crude, missing the lid/top, but I couldn't leave it there for a dollar.
