I forgot another one of my favorites, pickled beets. Do you ever make those, Woody?

The longer they set the better they are, Laur.
You'd love them and would want for more.
You either love them or you don't.
I usually don't sell them. I would rather give them away.
We make some mean pickled beets, also.[;)]

We're making some more, today.
Here they are packed in the jar before we add the salt water and apple vinegar.
You can see the dill, clove of garlic and red cayenne pepper powder with the green beans.

After we prepare the jars we need to water bath them in boiling water for 10 minutes to kill any bacteria, Lobey!!!

One thing I don't miss about NE. You can't get snowballs! Can't get them here either. Maybe it's a Maryland thing? Oh, you mean Hostess snoballs. They're okay, but I like the cupcakes. Coke is the best, Lobes. Yeah, I do need some sushi. One of these days...
Woody, those beans look mouthwatering.

WOODY THOSE BEANS LOOK SO GOOD! CAP I LOVE PICKLED QUAIL'S EGGS THE BEST. GOT SICK EATING TO MANY ONCE!LOBES I JUST WANT ONE OF THOSE SAMICHES! LOVE OYSTERS ON THE HALF SHELL WITH HORSE RADISH SAUCE ,LAUR. CHALIE LOVE WHAT YOU GOT THERE! MAN,I LOVE MONGOLIAN BEEF AND RICE,WATERCHESTNUTS ETC! JUST HARD TO FIND MANY MONGOLIANS DOWN SOUTH!
