Does this top belong here?

Here's a pic (not mine) of a original labelled corked bottle. This cork is the original. The corl would have been originally wrapped in a red colored seal.

I found the top it belongs to a Amber Glass Decanter

Somewhere around here in my ginormous mess I have a picture, an old snap shot paper photo, of a bunch of bottles I bought out of an old timey pharmacy up here in northern Idaho. Included in that bunch was a complete labeled, sealed bottle of Maltine. I'll try to locate it just for documentation.
