Nice finds Conner...Sweet cone ink,..The florida water has cool and different embossing than the ones we see around here...Is it embossed Murray and lanaman (or something similar?) I have a labeled bottle like your turn mold that contained hydrogen peroxide........If you look close on the front of the bixby there's a patent date. They were polish or blacking or ink,...not just sure which one yours contained...They're pretty cool. Good job!

Is your bottle 12" high also?
I got one of then 12" ones in dirty yellow.
The shorter 9 1/2" ones are mostly tooled beers and come in all colors. I like them.[;)]

Nope, the only embossing is "FLORIDA WATER".

The turn molded bottle I have is probably about 9" tall. Everyone is saying it held different things, so how do I find out which?

I'm going back later today, so hopefully I'll find some nice stuff!

Nice digz! The ink is a Carters or a Staffords. Hard to tell without embossing. We sold our only Carters amber long time ago to a fellow forum member. Kinda miss it.

The cone ink is def the best of the group! It could be a Carters or Staffords, but I've also dug them unembossed. Any inks in colors other than aqua are better than common.

The green bottle you are wondering about is a generic utility type bottle. I've dug them here in Ky. with intact paper labels that said Blue Licks Mineral Water. They are actually a little newer than they appear and usually date to the TOC or so.

Looks like a loaded dump with some good potential!

I could be right about the green bottle then... It seems these kinds of bottles held EVERYTHING, so wine isn't out of the question [:D]

There is a possibility, Wheel.. these were early versions of NDNR's, if I understand correctly.. we'll have to keep an eye peeled for a wine label on one.. [;)]

Well, I went back again today. I was a lot less successful than yesterday. Digging was slow. I've got a couple holes to dig in, but they've each got a huge root blocking the bottle layer. I plan to bring a small saw and cut the roots, because otherwise I'm not going to be able to dig anymore. I dug for about an hour, and found almost nothing. I found a half dozen slick meds and stuff. The only things I kept were two marbles, which I will post about in the Marbles forum.

I found a blue one
