Been off diving for bottles and other artifacts in Downeast Maine. Water has been a cool 47f but I'm fine in my dry suit. Finally found another bottle with a nice pontil. A local lobster boat set a new mooring and the mooring dragged and exposed the bottle. It has a small chip on the bottom and of course scratches but being pontiled I love it. Also found this nice dish. It is scalloped and about 4 inches across. Ther were many other finds but mostly common or duplicates of previous finds. Alan

I would love to go diving for bottles, all we have in Nevada is dirt.

At least you have dirt ! In the water down here in Louisiana there are things that will eat you !
