Dr. Ball's - Ever heard of it?

Hi, I have a Dr. Ball's bottle, about 8 3/8" tall, seam does not go over the top. I can't find it in any of my books, just curious if anyone knows anything about it?

The bottle name "rings a bell" with me. The information on the base may help me, but I think it was a "Quack Cure"
