A bottle I got at a recent estate sale. "DR BEERS THE INEBRIATES HOPE" I guess this was a polite way of saying cure for drunkenness. I haven't been able to find any info on this one as to where it's from. Anybody out there seen another one or might know where it's from. Any help/info appreciated.

Never seen it before, but wow that's a great find! I don't remember seeing a cure for alcoholism before. I found an ad for it from 1871, says it was made by Dr. C.C. Beers at 12 E. 12th Street, New York. https://books.google.ca/books?id=Oq...=onepage&q="Beers" "Inebriate's hope"&f=false

I just cleaned another version of this bottle for a friend of mine. It just had LEK and the town name. That’s so cool
