Dug a nice pontiled extract today!

Well, I hit the same dump again today hoping to get older stuff, and this little pontil was on the bottom. I'm hoping there's more, but this was the only bottle that came from the deep. I think it's a burst lip, but I would like the experts opinions. It has a ridge all around the lip just under the break, and it just looks too even to be a broken lip. What do you all think? It's a small bottle, only 3 5/8" tall and 1 5/8" diameter.

Pontil, about 7/16" diameter.

Found a listing in the Greer sale, (#812) and it did have a flared lip. Listed as scarce. It made $70.00 in that sale in mint shape. Love digging the pontils!!

ya it was a flared lip. I havent seen one of those in a long time.

I would display it proudly, even so. It has a great frost hint of green hint of aqua color, from the pictures. Finding any pontil makes my day.

Thanks everyone, would have been nice to pull it out whole, but I'm hoping to find it's brother or sister! Gonna dig like a dog this weekend.
