They stop thus making it a tooled bottle I guess. Does that make it more rare?

Stop before lip makes it tooled. It likely has little to do with rarity here, but it gives it some more interest to those of us who don't collect Coca-Cola.

if its from Charleston , I would put it at 25.00 bucks.

I am also a Chas native and enjoy digging and metal detecting. I really like the things you hace posted. I was wondering if you had ever dug up a Coca-Cola bottle downtown. I recently dug one.Looks to be a slug design, the shape falls within the period when the bottling company was opened in Chas, 1899-1903 I think. Not a very big window so im guessing there are not to many. I cant seem to find any info on them or value.Bottle is embossed withCoca-Cola Botling CoCharleston ScAny info or have you yourself seen these
