Hello, We have a E.H.V.B. N.Y. pickle in aqua in very good condition, its about 9" tall and is sided and has a tube pontil on it, since I don't have a good referance on pickles I can't put a value on it, and it has to be valued to make our split even, so I kind of in a Pickle on this, anyone has a good current price on these?

I'll wait for Plumbata on that one, I think it was his. I looked around and found an IP for $180 at auction but it was 14". I think that was 2009.
Is yours cross hatch pattern or plain side?
Going out on a limb I'd say in the 2-5 hundred range depending on condition and true color.

I found one in Odells smooth base 11 5/8 at 240.00 way back in 91 and Norman heckler had one and it was valued at 800.00 to 1600.00 again for the 14" with cross hatches, thats the problem I have on this one, so far I can not find any referance on the smaller one with a tube pontil, looks as though it could be harder to come by based on I have found about 3 of the large ones that have come to market but not this one, can not post pics right now as my partner has the bottle, besides needing cleaning its about perfect, I'am thinking the 600. to 800. range but its just a guess, Jeff and Holly had the large one also with cross hatches on the web page but it shows sold and they don't show what it went for.

COLOR CAN COME INTO PLAY ON PICKLES BIG TIME...NOTICE THE ONE JIM SHOWED ON EBAY WAS GREEN...3,000+ MOST ALL THAT IS COLOR.

NOT TO KNOCK THIS BOTTLE IN ANY WAY! IT IS A GOOD ONE! YEP JEFF WOULD KNOW..I AM NOT UP ON THE PRICE OF THIS PARTICULAR ONE...A GUESS WOULD BE $300-$400 RANGE,BUT THAT WOULD BE IF IT IS MINT. A GOOD SET OF PICTURES WOULD BE NEEDED. MY 6 CENTS WORTH. JAMIE

I'll see your 6 cents and raise you a dollar. Even picks aren't great way to make an appraisal but it's not just a description that's so so. I wouldn't bid more than $20 with shipping on ebay with that. The $180 I saw may have been for just that reason. The auction house seams to be out of business now.
Pictures please!

Without pictures to identify which E.H.V.B. pickle this is its hard to nail down a price.A example sold on the last American Bottle auction for $650.00 # 365. I have one my wife bought me in an antique store for our tenth anniversary She only paid $15.00,quite a deal.
