E Holland hutch

Hello! I was looking around my local antique mall and i found this hutch. I do not have a picture yet but i was wondering if anyone knows anything about it? The embossing reads E. HOLLAND / BOTTLER / BLOOMINGTON / ILL. and here is the hutchbook link. Hutchbook.com It looks exactly like that picture without the stopper. Any info is appreciated! Also they are selling for $35 and was wondering if that is good/bad? Thanks!

Hutchbook calls it's common. $35 might be steep for a common hutch but all depends. If you want to flip to make money that might not happen. LEON.

That may be rated common on Hutchbook but I live 20 minutes from Bloomington and it is a hard hutch to find. I have never seen one in person. That doesn't say much but if it were mint and $35 I would buy it without thinking. That is probably all it is worth but I love the mug base hutches and local hutches as well. Please update with a picture and condition. I may be interested in it if really nice condition.
