I'm at the point where I want to focus in on a specific area in my collection. I have lots of bottles that I want to sell from digging and when I was a maverick collector. I have heard very good reveiws from esty, but ebay attracts alot more people.

So which site would you recommend?

I would guess Etsy gets about 10% of the traffic of E-Bay, and it's filled with alot of newer, handmade decorator items. I'd personally choose E-Bay...

My personal opinion is Ebay is the place for bottles. Some of the other collectibles I sell on ebay do not sell very well, especially baseball cards. But bottles are selling great for me. In the last month I have sold about 200 bottles on ebay. Three of them for over $300. each, and I would not have priced them nearly that high at a bottle show or anyplace else. In fact, two of those I started at $9.99.
My wife buys on Etsy a lot and there are some bottles there but not nearly the selection as ebay, thus not nearly as many people look there for OLD bottles.
