ever see a bottle like this around

I found this bottle in the '70's, in East Chezzetcook, Nova Scotia. If anyone could share their knowledge regarding this bottle. It would be greatly appreciated.

Made in Italy as a container for wine...imported into the US and Canada. Originally, it had a woven basket allover it and even a small basket "hat" cover for the top. They had various labels and some had a ribbon wrapped about and looped for hanging...

Check the seams. If one encircles the neck below the collar and a pair extend thru to the lip edge, it's definitely Italian made...circa late 1960s.
Not familiar with those initials.

I found this bottle where a house once stood. East Chezzetcook is on the eastern shore of Nova Scotia, Canada.

I have found several of these in Maryland, some with "vino" on it.
