I bought these two extract bottle boxes at my last treasure club meeting (auction night). I paid a dollar for both. Bottles are still inside, but mice seem to have eaten all of the Lily's and a lot of the Sauers. You can read some of the Sauers label, but it's not real attractive. I thought the boxes were pretty neat, though. Dumped out real old mouse droppings from the one!

Back of Sauer's. White Lily was the same front & back. One more reason cork isn't a good closure - mice eat it!

Hey Kate
Just wanted to say those boxes are pretty cool . I know every one digs lots of these old extract bottles. But theres so many different ones and many are embossed so I myself have kept at lest one of every one I've dug .Don't think I have a white lilly though . Very cool box's though love the art work and the stories of medals won . Thanks for sharing them .And as always good luck diggen and finding .

Bill,

Thanks for looking. We've probably all dug White Lily Extract, but there's no way of knowing for sure, cuz it's a slick.

GEEZ,I CAN'T EVEN GUESS HOW MANY SAUER BOTTLES I HAVE SEEN,BUT IT'S THE FIRST BOX IT CAME IN I HAVE SEEN! COOL! UNREAL WHAT MICE AND RATS[HATE THEM] WILL EAT. MY BROTHER HAD A TABLE ON HIS PORCE WITH HALAJPEANA PEPPERS DRYING ON IT. MORE AND MORE GOT TO MISSING. FINALLY HE SAW THE RAT THAT WAS EATING THEM! AND THEY WERE HOT,BUT IT DIDN'T BOTHER THE RAT! IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME OF THE EXTRACTS ON THE SIDE!

I started noticing local extract bottles offered for sale at bottle shows many years ago at very affordable prices. I have a mini-collection of embossed extracts from my area. Almot none of them have labels or boxes. Nice finds.
