Finally back, still need help.

Good day all. I’ve finally made it back after a move and having the kids fly away from the nest. I have come across a few new bottles in the meantime and have been fairly successful at identifying them but am having issues with a couple.
This is one that I’m not sure of. Vicks? Perfume? Ink maybe?
As always, any help would be appreciated.
