Wheelah23 I picked up this variant for my web site off this post, dimensions would be appreciated and any embossing on the reverse or base helps.

Which bottle? I'd be happy to help.

I only know of 1 Blob Top from Glen Ridge NJ. On my checklist it is as follows -
Bossert & Rose (blob, aqua) 9"[/b]
[/b]
Montclair is different, there are a few blobs and hutchinsons from there[/b]
Geo. Greason (blobs, clear) 9.3-11.1" somewhat common[/b]
J. Henderson "Grocer" (blob, aqua) 9.1" very hard to find[/b]
Kanouse "the Perfect Spring Water" (blob, aqua) 11.6"[/b]
O. Kanouse (hutchs, aqua) 6.6-7" mostly common[/b]
O. Kanouse (blobs, aqua) 8.9-11.4" mostly common[/b]
A. A. Lange (applied blob, amber) 9" very hard to find[/b]
H. G. Rollpiller (blob, aqua) 9.2" scarce[/b]
Henry G. Rollpiller (blobs, aqua) 9.1,9.4" scarce[/b]
[/b]
In my opinion the neatest Montclair blob top is the picture beer with the rooster on it....it is a very rare bottle. If i can find a pic of it, I'll post it for you.[/b]

Guess I've got a checklist now!
Cross two Greason bottles off the list. I saw an "O. Kanouse" bottle at the show, but it was in rough shape. Maybe I should've bought it while I had the chance, regardless of the condition. Live and learn...

I saw the rooster bottle you're talking about for $60 in December, but I didn't buy that either. I think it's T.P. Meyer & Co.

I know exactly who youre talking about i think... Did he have all the different blobs on his table? Cant remember his name though etc and dont have his contact... If it wasnt him, it was the other guy next to that one.

Yeah. He was the guy NEXT to the guy with all the blobs. NY accent made him stand out. He had a few non-blobs on his table, and his table was much sparser.
