First Privy dig!!!!!

I usually dig dumps but I wanted to dig a privy. We found the back steps of the house in the woods. 20 feet later a privy. Not a very old privy but was only about 4 feet deep. Spotted many other pits in the area. There is at least 4 old home places in a row. All houses gone except one that probably burned about 15 years ago. Here are the pics!!!

Did not find much at all!! I did find one interesting bottle! I know this is a local med but does not have the city or state on it! can anyone explain this? Any info would be apprecaited!!

Cap(Warren), Marvin(#1Twin) and I had a great time!! Marvin is like a steam shovel. Nothing stops him in pursuit of bottles. Roots dont stand a chance. He is a great digging partner! Let me know when you are ready to go again Cap!!

Hey Anthony, That is a Mobile med dude and a good one. I have never seen VanAntwerp that didn't say Mobile.

Nice...I believe the difference between a dump and a privy is the privy will have a lot more whole bottles!

Yes you are right. The dump we was digging most all the bottles has some damage to them.

Warren, We found a new place to dig! Tell Cindy that she can come and finish the privy. The ground in the bottom of hole is hard but, alot more broken glass! We actually had to leave before we dug that part out!
By the way, The dump spot behind the building we were digging, Yes they put a no tresspassing sign up. So we went elsewhere!! Still plenty places to dig!!
