Hey forum,

Helping my digging partner sort through part of a large collection that he purchased a while back when we came across this.
Any info on age, maker, value?

Measures 5 1/4"
Pontiled?

Hey, welcome.
It's fairly obvious to me that it's a repro or fantasy bottle but very well done. The design was used in many countries and yours is made to look older that it is in my opinion. If I had to guess, I'd say Italy.
Sorry, it's probably not the answer you wanted and hopefully I'm wrong.

Well I have to agree with Eric. However, if you wanted a fish bottle to sit on a shelf - you couldn't melt the glass batch and make it yourself unless you knew how - so it is interesting and what i would consider Art Glass. The maker had to know what he was doing so that gives it a $ 20.00 minimum value. Thanks for showing us what is out there. RED Matthews
