Yesterday I also picked up this foamy Black Utility Or Ink. Its just loaded with bubbles. They even wrap around the base rim. Applied tapered lip. dot in the center of a recessed base. It stands 7" tall, and although it looks like its half air, its very heavy. When held up to the light the upper third passes light, and its a deep olive-emerald green. Here's a few pictures.

I don't know how this isn't pontiled. It must have missed being pontiled by a couple days or something

Check out this base. Bubbles wrap around from the sides of the bottle.

Nice piece, reminds me of some of the mineral waters of the period.

it might just be the bubbles messing with me, but there looks to be a light sand pontil mark in the base...

Amazing piece of glass, I had a red seltzer that had this same thing, the glass almost looks like something else completely...

Thanks for the nice comments about this Utility. I was not confident calling it pontiled, but it could be. Here's another picture I have of it. There is no roughness in the recessed base.
