found a Quebec license plate when swimming

actually found this a couple weeks back when swimming at a dock on a larger lake , was in the sand and might of been there for a little while but not that old . odd to find a Quebec license plate around here , guess its not really that far away but just not something you find here , anyways added it to display in garage of other plates I have found last couple years

possibly it was found at a boat launch so that could be how it ended up there
