This is an unusual bottle I found earlier today. I at first thought it was a salt or pepper shaker because of it's size, about 4" height. However the cap didn't have any holes as you normally find with shakers. The outside is textured as you can see in the pictures. Only marks on the bottom is 59 which could be cavity number or year. Any Ideas?

Madman, thanks for the response. I posted, "The only mark on the bottom is 59 which could be the cavity number or the year" I looked again and there is MORE! In the center of the bottom there is a larger script "g" then the 59 and a W with three dots across the top of the W. The metal cap, though you can not tell from the image is a light blue.
