Location
The woods North of Spirit Lake, Idaho
I suspect that the PRODUCT i.e. Mineral Water, was bottled there and the bottle made elsewhere. One might get a clue of the location of manufacture by looking for names or logo or other i.d. on the bottom. Perhaps you could do a little research on the History of Franklin, PA to find out if there was a Mineral Water source there in the late 1800s - early 1900s.
