G.G. Liscomb, Rondout NY bottle?

I just picked this up at a yard sale, and was wondering if anyone has any idea of value? It's from my area, near Kingston, NY in the Catskills. There's an area in Kingston by the Hudson waterfront called Rondout, which used to be a town, I guess.

Anyway, it's an aqua blob top bottle (water/soda/beer?) marked G.G. LISCOMB, RONDOUT, N.Y. REGISTERED. The bottom reads PUTMAN 53. It's 7 inches tall.

I couldn't find anything at all about this online. I figure it might have a local appeal.
