A friend told me about a spot he saw a while back, and upon investigating it I saw why. Glass was everywhere! My friend and I picked a spot behind a building, and after busting through the frost, it was open season. I found tons of hair and cosmetic bottles (esp. milk glass). Went back a second day and finished off behind the building, then moved to the slope nearby. Let's just say I left the slope two hours after dark! Spot behind the building

Ambers including Romoc Co. Boston, Mass, 6 Hays Hair Healths, 1 Parkers Hair Balsam, 8 Cabot's Sylpho Nathols, Farr's Gray Hair Restorer, 4 New Skin Co. etc.

Some of my favorites, sodas! Mt. Hope Distilling Co., Burke Bros., Sullivan Bros., Augustin Vitale, and Caproni Bros. & Co.

Some color! Damaged Riker poison was a crier.

More stuff, 2 Sanfords Ginger Brandys, 2 Sawyer's Crystal Blueings, Cooper's New Discovery, etc.

Lastly, row of mostly common perfume co. bottles in back, 4 Hayne's Arabian Balsams, Tonto Company Providence, Rhode Island (shaving cream jar), 2 Hill's Hair Dyes, one Sanford's Ginger sample (front left)

Beautiful! Looks like you pulled out a lot of great bottles at that site. How much more is still there do you think? I've learned it's a good idea to have your friends/family aware of your interest in old bottles cause they will let you know about things like that!
