Here I am looking for more input on a bottle in my father's collection.
Aquamarine color probably pint sized. This flask does not stand on it's own, so is showcased in glass display using plexiglass around the neck. Other than color, I'm thinking its like/similar to a recent eBay auction http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=891&item=6130674860&rd=1. The eBay item noted "....Typically found in lighter shades of color...." How "typical" is aquamarine?????
I sure would appreciate comments, info, value?, etc.
THANKS......... Linda

Linda,
The flask appears to be a GIII-4, but can't tell for positive from pictures. This is a very common mold, but the aquamarine do not show up as often. The flask would have been produced at the Coventry Glass Works, and is probably circa 1830-1850. If undamaged, it should bring $200-$300, but that also depends on the mold impression. Hope this helps a bit.

Rod,
Thanks for the information. I understood having the "pearl" would add value to the flask!

Again, thanks for the info.
