Glass Closure Insert & Band for Atlas Mason Improved Pat'd

Does any one out there have the Glass Closure Insert & Band for an Atlas Mason Improved Pat'd. Prefer the Glass to be SCA or Clear, but will take Aqua if that is the only thing I can get. Been trying to find one on ebay but havn't had any luck.

Let me know if anyone has an extra one they can spare for sale.
