Not to long ago athometoo (Sam) found some minerals along a river bank near his home. I was quite interested in them as I am a rock collector. Sam was generous enough to send me some along with a few other goodies that he collected over the years.
Thank you Sam, I will proudly include them in my collection.

it is gold picked up in silverton colo . north end of town on back side of the old mine by the old cable cars . some lead and silver mixed in with it . sam
