Found an old GoodYear Tire sign back in the dump the other day and its pretty roached on the bottom portion of it. the dumps pretty far back in the woods so I didnt bring it back. I wanted to see if you guys had any info or interest and possibly a value on it.
I will most likely be going back there sometime this week to pick it up and ill take some pictures of it for you guys if you would like.

Heres a picture I got off google images to show you guys what sign it is.

FAntastic. those signs can go for hundreds if they are in the right shape. Always bring back oil, tires, car signs and anything else that is classic americana. Don't you watch American Pickers?

I know its a real nice sign but the bottom half is pretty bad, just wondering if anyone has any interest or a value on one of these bad boys.

I found a 4 foot diameter Texaco Gasoline Motor Oil sign at a dump once. It was a little shot up but the paint was still very good. I took it to a couple of shows with me. Everybody looked at it but nobody bought it. I ended up selling it for $225 on Ebay.

There's a link to an expensively listed one on Ebay. Doesn't have bids or interest at that price there, but at least you know that a mint one would be a good sign for sure.
All depends on the condition. If "roached" means rusted, you can get that off (carefully) and preserve the enamel. It if has huge holes from breaks and rusts, it wouldn't sell for a lot I guess. But I'm guessing it would be worth another trip in the woods, and dragging it out, if you have a place to keep it for a while.

Yeah the bottom half is pretty rusted and above the Y it seems like these signs got bent up pretty well as the one I found is.
