my buddy Brian and i hit a 12 foot brickliner on sunday, it was blistering hot and the hole kept filling with water but we had a good time and i scored some more locals like i posted before so i wont bore you with them but here some pics....man somebody was a power drinker as you can see in this photo, we dug another one beside this one and it had about 200+ of these in it and one local, we think there might also be another on this prop but we were too hot and tired from bailing water to probe anymore so well have to go back and check

Haha, you aren't kidding man, it looks like they were pickled in alcohol for years!

Regarding the locals, I would very much like to see what you pulled, even if such items have been shown before.

I think that the Pierce bottle is a relatively common medicine (the same pierce in "Pierce's favorite Prescription") but it seems to have graduations on the back, so perhaps it is better than the others without graduations.

Nice dig, hope you find the other pit.

I always love seeing locals! Post 'em up! Locals (if I can get a whole one) are always the highlight of my digs!

And isn't Bram a diver? You guys shouldn't have had any problems with the water! [:D]

Hey Brian,

Please do bore me some more! [8D] I wanna see that syrup in natural light & close up mode too, please.

"Look at the magnificent Invalid's Hotel and Surgical Institute that Dr. Pierce created (right below) in Buffalo, New York, and its entrance (bottom picture). Both come from his Medical Adviser, 1895 edition. This edition states that it had a staff of 18 "physicians and surgeons."
