Might have been used in the sidewalks. In some old areas of cities, there were glass blocks cemented into the sidewalks to permit some light to enter the basement areas.

not sure what they were for but I found a similar one in a cylinder shape.
I wouldnt call them blown.. more like molded

Hello, I think they are molded sidewalk blocks. I have two captains cabin ceiling glass inserts that provided light in the captains quarters and I have ween these blocks in sidewalk cement. RED Matthews
