Thx Hunter; NEHI/RC family-size bottles were not originated by the franchise. This idea was presented first by the glass factories. After federal sugar rationing ended from the Second World War, family-sized bottles really caught on. Prewar examples are not plentiful, but the challenge to collect them is still there. I have a total of 5 different NEHI family-sized bottles and 7 different RC Cola family-sized bottles in my collection as of November 2023. --Mike Elling, Sharon, Tennessee
