I'm not sure what you mean. If it's a PM issue make sure they are allowed in your preferences. If you can't find how to send one just mouse over the name and a box will appear with the option listed.I hope that helps.

Also, if you try to PM and get an error box with "An unexpected error occurred and logged. Please try again later.", just close that out and continue. I don't know why that box appears but the PM's work fine for me and I get that all the time.
