Heart Kideny Demijohn Pontil Embossed 2

I nearly fell over going for this gem. Early Four piece mold with wicked pontil Forest Green with Embossed 2 In Circle applied lip bubbles galore with incredible whittle, molding marks and stretch marks. Mint. Measures 11 1/2" tall by 7 1/2' widest point, 5" breadth, 4" by 3" base. Probably European. What do the experts say?

I've seen a few of these here and on Ebay, some with a 3, 4 or 5, but noe this green..

The numbers probably indicate gallons, which makes me think it is either American or British. The lip looks American to me, but the 'seal' doesn't..

I just sold that exact bottle 2 weeks ago on ebay. The 2 is for 2 liters. I paid $25 for it and it sold for $44. ebay link

Not really a slug plate and it does have two indention's: one on the top and one underneath the 2. Seems the mystery is solved with the last entry. This bottle has honest bottom wear. Watch for it on Ebay. Thanks for all your help.
