I recently found this threadless insulator and need ID. It has damage on the base, but some writing is visible. What is the CD # and worth in this condition?

RE: Insulator base

It looks like a CD 734 but I don't know much about insulators. Can you pic of the letters?

Looks to me to be a Chester hat, a CD-740.6, in dark green worth about 7,500 dollars mint. Killer piece in good condition. NOT TOO MANY OF THOSE KNOWN!!!

Dont let it go cheap!

The insulator guys gave me about 5 different possibilities. What are the exact dimensions, so they can be sure.
