Picked this up today because I liked the shape and color pattern. Anyone know age and who made it? There are no markings on it and its approximately 3" tall. Thanks!
It's the smallest type of "Hi-Top." Most Hi-Tops have a top groove, but these have a side groove.
I'm no expert when it comes to unmarked porcelain, so I looked in the porcelain guide. It only lists one unmarked version, U-778 from Ohio Brass, so I'll guess that's what you have.
Well, maybe not so common as to be in the same league as a Hemingray 42, but there's little demand for brown porcelain from high-volume makers like O-B. So it won't have a high sale or trade value.
