I am not sure what this is, but am guessing an ink bottle maybe? It is embossed on the flat end PIERCE BUF NY PATd MAY 14th 78. Has a scalloped bottom but sits upright pefectly when placed on a table. Has a rectangular knob of glass just behind a ground lip opening on top. Lastly a curved front and overall looks like a boat. What is this thing?
Thanks in advance,
Tom

Seriously? It is pretty small, but I guess I could see it. Is it worth anything, or is it only a part of the original?

Tom,

I was being serious. It's not an outdoor feeder but one that hung on the inside of the cage.A wire would have connected to the "knob" and attached to the cage.I have never had one with that embossing but have found quite a few. Most are not worth a whole lot but that embossing should help alot.It is an early one.

Wow , never knew there were so may types.
I have heard that parrokeets were hugely popular in the UK so it isnt too surprising.
