Being that Spokane was so massive in the early 1900's, could the S have something to do with the name of the city? (I'm wayyy out of my league here)
It looks very similar to this bottle on Etsy, a pharmacy bottle. https://www.etsy.com/listing/144877...les&ref=sr_gallery-1-2&organic_search_click=1I live in Eastern Washington State and found this bottle at an old homestead. It was laying on top of the ground and in great condition. I have been unable to find the embossed mark on line. No makers mark on the bottom just the # 5. Possibly a small bottling company? around 1920's liquor bottle? Certainly worth some research. If you live near Spokane you might be interested in Davenport, WA which had a small bottling company in the 40's called Pioneer Bottling Works. It was located on the main street where a bank is located now. It was family owned and they bottled several different f soda pop flavors with ACL labels.Being that Spokane was so massive in the early 1900's, could the S have something to do with the name of the city?
