The Illinois bottle book is done!

"From Chicago to Cairo"

Over 700 glossy color pages of all known Illinois Bottles and their history from 1840-1880.

This book has taken over 2 years to be professionally researched and published and is about 2 1/2" thick!

This is a good day for Illinois bottle collectors!

Sounds like a great book! We have one for Rhode Island but it wasn't terribly hard to assemble since it's a small state. Still there are over 2,000 RI bottles not including milks and ACL sodas. That must have taken some time!

The guy who authored it has written 5 other books on archaeology. And I think that he's working on a St Louis pontiled book now.
