I'm in a diggers block...where can I find TOC dumps?? I'm tired of 30's dumps and 20's surface dumps! I mean, obviously without knowing property lines, etc you can't find an exact location. BUT, general locations on where cities dumped their trash during the TOC. I live right by two large rivers and I'd think they dumped them in there, but between dredging, pollution, and visibility under 1ft...I'm NOT diving in that disease haven. Other than that, there are no low lying area that are out of sight...

Here in Illinois I look along creeks and up on the land above the creeks. I have found small dumps from the 20's doing this. Also check in deep ravines people loved dumping trash where they couldn't see it or smell it. Hope this helps.
