In Green and Clear Eyes

Looking for a green Brown Boy from Atlanta and clear eyed Smile from Dillon, S.C.. I've seen em, now I need em. Whos got one they'll part with?

Dang it Pat. There is a clear eyed Smile bottle out there? Sounds like another expensive bottle that I have to have. Does it look like the one above but with clear eyes?

Yea Matt just like that sept clear eyes. Jimmie showed me his in Feb.. I thought it was a little different than mine,it was. He said he gave 60 at the show where he won Peoples Choice, where was that St. Louis? . I gave way more than that for mine. Both from Dillon,S.C.. Probably easier to get than the Brown Boy in green.

Jimmie's People's Choice was at the FOHBC EXPO in Memphis (2004). It's easy for me to remember cause every FOHBC board meeting we had after that, I got to hear Carl Sturm complain about it and ask to vote on cancelling the Award. He finally hushed about it when Sheldon Baugh brought it up that there were more of us (soda bottle collectors) than there was of them (everything thing else combined).

Here's the photo I ran in the Soda Fizz of Jimmie and his display. It was a great one - of his SC bottles. No wonder it won, huh?

I would have thought you were kidding about their canceling Jimmie's award if I hadn't just read the report of the unpleasant Federation meeting last August in York.

Some people need to appreciate the hardworking volunteers (AND work on their people skills.)

Oh man, you're killin me. Is that a green glass or a green label Brown Boy. I've stated it before, the Brown Boy is one of the Ga. bottles I've got to have before I give this addiction up...
