Iron pontil Philly bottle?

Heres something I have never seen. A iron pontil bottle witha seam going right through it. Can someone shed some light?

I think it's just a case of the pontil not obliterating the pronounced mold line as it was mashed into the base. Great looking bottle and color. What's the embossing say?
