Is This a Poison?

Hi all,
I've had this bottle for a while and never knew what is was. Always thought it might be a poison because of the raised ribs but it has no other markings. When in doubt, ask the experts. Stands 4" tall.

The tooled lip and hint of SCA makes me wonder. The earlier Kresge... maybe.
