Personally, I would need to see more and detailed pictures but it looks good. However, the finish / collar treatment doesn't look right, these are usually well smoothed sheared tops with no attempt to add a collar. Lets see some more close up pix of the finish, base, etc.

Test the collar to see if it might be epoxy, resin or other form of plastic.

The top looks kind of chunky. Other than that it looks ok. Need some more pics. Sometimes the base can tell alot. If it's authentic it's quite valuable if it's undamaged.
