I live in the allentown Pa area and if there are any acls or abm bottles from my area you need I will keep a look out. This is the first one of these Ive seen.
Hello, I am looking for ACL soda bottles with pictures on the front label. Feel free to contact me if you get any. 2 specific PA bottles I would like to find are a Unicorn, and a Mt. Etna. Thanks. bottlingco
No specific pictures. I do not collect commemoratives. I like the local bottling co. beverages that used pictures on the labels to promote their soda. I have the A-treat versions from Allentown. I also have a Seewee bottle that has a red and white label with a picture of a couple sipping soda. The picture version of the Seewee is quite hard to find. Thanks for asking. Feel free to contact me with any you have now or in the future. bottlingco
Bottlingco: Was wondering about two versions of the A-Treat ACL bottles from Allentown. One shows a boy and girl holding a bottle of A-Treat and the earlier one shows a picture of the bottling plant. Once in a while see the boy and girl varient but the plant version seems to be scarcer. Any ideas about collector desirability and values as I have them both. Thanks and best regards.
Stickeygreen4476 may can give us some more insight, but in my experience the one with the girl and boy is not difficult to find, although it is very attractive. It is probably about a 15-20 dollar bottle. The bottling plant version seems to be more difficult and probably should be more in the 35 dollar range. bottlingco
Im not good with acls but there always a ton of them when im out looking for Hutches, older beers and sodas. I made the offer becasue i like to hunt and the flea markets i go to are loaded with bottles made after the 1900s cheap. There not at collecter stands there normally being sold as junk for .25 cents to 2 dollars.
