Keeping Track of Collection

help!!!!!!!!! I have a problem ! I have over 600 bottles, and I was wondering if any one has an idea on how to keep track of a large collection.Thanks Sue

Microsoft Access database works good.

Microsoft excel works too. It will take a while to get everything organized but it is worth it.

Hi Sue,
While both of the two other forum members put forward a good argument, I personally found that Ms Access was far too difficult to master, and Ms Excel, while very good, did not quite meet my own cataloguing needs. Like you, I have in excess of 600 bottles, and I use FileMaker Pro for my database.
