Kilmers & Cocoaine

Got out last week for a dig with Hunter2K and hit old faithful
Between the heat, computer issues and the kids being home for summer break I havn't been doing much digging or on the site very much
But fall is on its way and the kids are heading back to school and it really is the most wonderful time of the year!
Last week I also sold a small box of mostly slicks and a few common embossed bottles to a collectable store. It was the first time I ever sold any bottles.
It was great I went out to my " Needs to be cleaned" area and dunked the bottles in a bucket of water and took them away
Here's a few I got last week
My first Burnetts Cocoaine
Was there really cocaine in these?

And lastly a California Fig Syrup Co San Francisco Cal Syrup of Figs
It had some of the original contents still in it and the figs were ripe!
Also a Bloodwine from the Louis Daudelin Co

Hey Gary,
Alright!Some nice takes there.Im thoroughly convinced you southern Maine guys are where its at in the timeline.Im yet to dig an ink and that amber one is nice.I dug a front panel of a Kilmers remedy in my first dump,the cures are older bottles.I really like the Malt.Its shaped like the Hennessy Cognac bottle.

Cocoaine was a hair preparation invented in 1856 by Burnett and consisted of half Coconut oil and half Cologne water.

Really cool. I always love to see your and Mainer's Portsmouth finds. The inks, Cocoaine, and Kilmer's are excellent finds too. Keep digging, can't wait to see what else you find.
