Falling behind here so here's a little info and some pics.
West Baltimore location with various guys of the usual Balto crew
1st day sucked. Two crappy 3x3 boxes in a previously good neighborhood and then a row of boxes with nothing but gray clay fill with a 1inch trash layer. Tried a different block and found a pre-dug hole and then the last chance of the day in a usually good pontiled block.
Turned out to be the saving grace (Glad you stayed around right Bob?) Hole turned out to be a barrel on top of a trench to a barrel in the next yard. Wonderful crack house location next door with zombies going in and out. I pulled out an base anchor flask in the fill and then the trash started @ 1860 and earlier, lots of whiskey jug pieces and a pontiled mustard barrel and then I gave Chris a turn. Naturally as soon as one person gets out and another gets in jackpot. With a swish of 1-2 shovels Chris starts pulling out pontiled DC soda's, R.Miller and something else, cobalt blue pontiled Baltimore soda with a blank rectangular slug plate, puffs, a Spring Garden Glass Works flask and a bunch of other stuff. Good stuff was going right to the truck as the neighbors were getting restless and it was getting cold and dark. Doug went next to take a swim in the liquid but quickly found that the trench heading to the next barrel was full of bricks so a quick refill, gave two full crack viles to a nice neighbor to be destroyed and we rolled.

Here's the crock pieces that were coming out. Left back side

Turned out to be a Peter Hermann jug
Since I had the largest tube of Elmer's I ended up with all the shards from the 1st and 3rd dig.
Yeah it's missing a few pieces but I always liked puzzles.

Next dig some of us started a promising bastard of a hole but left it for later and I ended up probing out a nice easy wood liner. Ended up being a 3 by 3 /1/2 double wide box about 4 feet deep. First thing out was a broken Spring Garden Glass works flask and then a lot of pottery, pontiled ink, puffs, colognes, marbles, pipes etc. Best thing probably would have been a clear pontiled umbrella ink that John picked out. Except for the missing top it was cool. Nothing great but better then a poke in the eye. Paul ended up with all the most of the pipes for his research and about 10 gallons of shards. Good luck Paul!!!!! I expect to see it all completed by the next meeting

last hole was the one we started on the second day. Concrete was a major PITA. Thick and unyielding and the tree on top didn't help. This one was a shared 5 foot diameter brick liner about 8 feet deep. The tree was right on top so we had to tunnel down the side and pull out a couple of feet of the brick layer to access. After that we quartered to the bottom and then had to undermine and keep Alan from getting buried.

Plumbers must have been paid by the piece as they used as many bends and angles as possible. This was one of three sections that had to be broken out and removed.
The picture does not due it justice. About 100 lbs and three feet long.

Here's Alan starting down. You can make out the arch of the brick liner by his knees

Alan gets a little too much enjoyment out of straddling things. 5 feet down and the trash started. These people smashed almost everything and I think by the number of marbles that the kids used a sling shot to break the bottles when they were in the privy.
