I was lucky enough to land a "F & D Brandes Grand Central Depot NY " flask recently, and nearly at the same time, one of the super common "Brandes Brothers New York" flasks with a label advertizing "Grand Central Rye Whiskey". Thought they made a nice pair so wanted to share them with you. This is the first flask, dates c.1885.

Here is the label on the "Brandes Brothers" flask. This flask is very common, but the label is cool! Today we know Grand Central Depot as Grand Central Station.

Always nice when you can add something new to the collection. Even better when in great condition.

Exceptional pair! Now, which way to display the labelled one. What a problem to have...
