I'm optimistically posting in "before 1900". Found today at a yard sale a glazed brown pottery flask about 5 1/2" tall embossed Liberty on both sides and a portrait of who I think is Columbia also on both. Bottom has number markings but I can't really make them out. So, what is it and how old?

Any help always appreciated!

Probably you're right. I'm leaning that way too. Does anyone know who made it and when?

I think these were made for one of the bottle clubs or shows or something in the 60's or 70's... I had looked into a similar one a while back but cant quite remember...

If anyone remembers anything please chime in. It almost looks like a Bennington type pottery. I'd love to know more about it.
